Location Information Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our five Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Robbinsdale and Woodbury. Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 258 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care. Responsibilities Evaluates/assesses, documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Informs case manager, house supervisor and medical provider of changes or needs.I. Understands and utilizes the nursing process to problem solve, make decisions, communicate, direct and evaluate resident care. Demonstrates professional and competent nursing practice. Promotes safety and follows all safety procedures and protocols. Participates in educational programs per State and Facility requirements. Performs all duties consistent with Quality Standards and Infection Control practices. Performs all job functions within State and Federal Regulations. Qualifications Education: Successful completion of an approved nursing program for Registered Nurses. Current Minnesota license in good standing Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred. RNC beneficial.
