Facility: Visiting Nurse Association - GRAND RAPIDS, MI Department: Vna South-Rn Category: Registered Nurse Classification: Full-time with Benefits (A1) Our home health agency is an accredited agency that is hiring a home health registered nurse that is seeking a patient-centered care model of nursing. We work with patients of all ages to provide safe, quality care in a patient’s home within a 70 mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI. Our average case load of patients per registered nurse is 20 patients. Registered nurses use their clinical judgment and assessments to coordinate the care of the patient with an interdisciplinary team.
