FTE:1.0 Position Summary Additional Information Minneapolis, MN Park Nicollet Community Senior Care is seeking a FT Nurse Practitioner to join its team of physicians and nurse practitioners who work collaboratively to provide care to an aging population in various long-term care, TCU, and assisted living facilities. The position is M-F 8am-5pm (no weekends). Voluntary after-hours call. Candidates must possess a nurse practitioner master's degree or DNP; geriatric, adult, or family certification; and MN nursing license. Geriatric experience preferred. Region covered will be the West to Southwest Minneapolis metro area.
