Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet policy. Graduate from a course of study in nursing resulting in an associate degree, diploma or baccalaureate degree and at least one year related supervisory or three years related non-supervisory experience required. Additional Information Park Nicollet is seeking an energetic and engaging leader to oversee the daily operations for a dynamic and fast paced family medicine and pediatric clinic which includes leading the triage and hall nursing teams. In addition to overseeing the day to day nursing operations of the clinic, this leader would join the other nursing supervisors of our primary care sites in monthly nursing operations meetings and work collaboratively to align our nursing practice, plan nursing skills day, drive for results in quality measures and support new initiatives within the department. This leader will also partner closely with theShakopee Clinic Manager, Operations Supervisor, Department Lead and Nursing Team Lead to help organize, plan and direct the clinic operations. Candidates should have strong nurse practice skills and a desire to bring out the best in others.
