Utilizes the nursing process in delivering nursing care. Assumes an active role in problem solving and decision making. Participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Communicates and collaborates with others to achieve desired patient care outcomes. Provides patient and family education. Provides leadership to other members of the patient care team. Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan. BLS required. Previous nursing experience helpful.
