We are looking for an Advance Practice Nurse to provide a primary level of care in collaboration with physicians and other members of the health care team for a specific patient population. AT Company a Practitioner maintains an advanced knowledge base and skill in health promotion and maintenance, disease prevention, physical/psychosocial assessment, and management of health and illness in the care of individuals.
