HOURS AND LOCATION: This is a full time position; Urgent Care Clinic hours are Sunday through Saturday 8 am - 8 pm. You must be available to work any shift within this time frame. This position is based out of our North County location, but you may be asked to travel to other locations on occassion.
We require a nursing degree from an accredited school.
You’ll also need a current RN license in our state.
Must have at least one year Critical Care, Emergency or Urgent Care RN experience for this position; this is not a fellowship position.
Basic life support certification required from the American Heart Association
ACLS required within 90 days of hire PALS and TNCC within first year
The physical demands described here are the representative of the minimums that must be met by an employee to perform all essential functions of the job. Most physical demands are below:Minimal: lift floor to desk height of < 40 lbs, carrying 12 lb (one hand) and < 32 lb (two hands), push < 44 lb force horizontally and < 42 lb force, knee or crouch, crawl, grip and pinch forceOccasional: balance; Frequent: hand coordination and data entry.
BSN strongly preferred.
Proven leadership skills preferred.
