Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level E.

Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of Michigan.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Inpatient Psychiatric experience
Experience in the utilization of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).
Demonstrated ability to anticipate the clinical care needs of complex patients
Demonstrated ability to anticipate the clinical care needs of psychiatric complex patients
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work closely and collaborate with all team members
Must reflect a professional appearance and demeanor
Possess excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated excellence in communication skills.

Recent (in the last 1 year) experience in ECT
Recent experience completing ECT Assessments
Recent UM-MiChart experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of cognitive behavioral treatment of depression and other psychiatric disorders
Demonstrated excellent attendance as evidenced by performance and evaluation.
Hours/Week: 20 hours/week; Schedule always includes Mondays and Fridays, no weekends
Shift: Day shift

Note: All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census.
